Retirement Community Honors Its Veteran Residents with a Custom Challenge Coin

A popular retirement option these days is living in villages or communities made up of other retired men and women.  This way, you are surrounded by others that are in the same chapter of life and also near people that enjoy common interests.  Recently, a retirement village contacted us with a challenge coin project they had in mind.  They wanted to design a coin that had their retirement village name on one side and on the other side a thank you message to veterans who live in their community. Soft Enamel Color Fills Will Never Fade or Chip

The custom challenge coin was to have the five branches of the military (Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and Marines) all represented with the appropriate seal on the back side of the coin.  As you can see from the image here, we were able to accommodate the request of our customer.  This 1.75” custom coin has been plated in our high polish gold.  Soft enamel color fills have been baked into the coin at a high temperature to ensure this coin’s colors will never fade or chip.

The Village’s Logo is an Exact Replica and Duplicated on the Challenge Coin

We were able to use the exact logo of the village on the front so that the design stayed true the original logo that is well known in their area.  This helps others recognize the retirement community and works as free advertising.  Future residents see the coins and know that the residents there are being well taken care of.  This will make them be more inclined to inquire about your services and facilities.

Thank you coins like the one pictured here are a perfect way to honor individuals who have gone the extra mile.  See for yourself by visiting our coin gallery located at http://www.challengecoinsplus.com/gallery.html.  You can also email info@challengecoinsplus.com or call 1-800-252-0904 to request a price quote.  We can’t wait to hear how you will pay tribute to the veterans in your retirement community.
