The standing text-messages panel ({{< sms-preferences-panel >}} shortcode, behaviour in ts/sms-preferences-panel.ts). Static markup below, mirroring production: rows are card card-flat rows and the foot carries the chips — the module shows and hides saved, saving, and failed by toggling d-none. No JS on this page.
