From Sketch to Finished Product, A Look at How the Trading Pin Process Works

A huge advantage we have here at Lapel Pins Plus is that we have our own art department. This allows us to take your rough ideas and turn them into the best looking pins at your tournament. The image you see here was a pencil sketch that a team submitted to us last year. Our art department studied the picture and the notes and then created the image you see below.
You don’t have to be the professional artist, we will handle that for you. We just need your input and your ideas. If you don’t feel comfortable even sketching, that is fine. Just send us an email and describe in words your vision.
Once we receive your idea or artwork, our graphics team starts drawing you a digital picture of what your trading pin will look like. We call this a proof. You then get to examine the proof and make any changes that you would like to see.
Once you are completely happy with the proof, we will place your order and begin production. About 10-12 days later, the pins will be on your doorstep. This gives you plenty of time to receive your trading pins before your first game.
One tip regarding trading pins: Order early. Start drawing today so that you can get the teams feedback on the pin. Once May and June come around, baseball and softball pin trading will be in full swing and delivery times will start to increase dramatically.
