Lapel Pins Plus was able to create not one but three custom pins for the coastline vacation spot. The lapel pins that Breakers Resort employees will be wearing are identical in one way, but vary in others.
Uniformity is a must when it comes designing employees lapel pins. Breakers Resort utilized its signature wave logo for all three lapel pin designs. The curling ocean wave in rich blue and green colors can be seen on key employees all around the resort. With the company’s logo as the only graphic used, size, and plating are ways in which the lapel pins differentiate between employees.
We crafted the same pin in three different sizes. The mixed order included small, medium and large pins. The smallest lapel pin is only .75 inch. The medium pin is 1 inch and large is 1.25 inches. While size creates an obvious distinction, the metal plating options that were used further distinguishes two pins from one.
Breakers Resort decided to alternate between gold and silver lapel pins. The small and medium sized hotel pins are silver. The large pin is gold. This is one of the best, simplest, and least expensive ways to divide specific groups. In business environments, changing the metal plating is also a good means of establishing an employee recognition program.
