Once your custom lapel pin order is placed, you will receive an abbreviated internet receipt showing the total sales amount. The day after your order is placed, you will receive a full copy of your invoice from our accounting department via email. About a week later, you will receive your UPS tracking number once your package is the hands of UPS. This information is also sent to your email account where it can be easily accessed.
