In order for the correction process to start, we must first be notified by the customer. Within 30 days of the customer receiving the order, should any defects be discovered, the client must contact our office.  In order to confirm the issue we need to obtain either photographs of or physical samples from the defective order.  Upon confirmation of the defects, we initiate the process of ordering replacements.
