The airline industry rewards its pilots, stewards, and stewardesses with custom lapel pins shaped like a pair of wings.  These aviation symbols signify accomplishment and were originally awarded to members of the military during both World Wars as a way to identify individuals with special training.

Today, we create personalized wing pins in a variety of finishes for our customers.  These pins affiliate employees with the different airlines that they work for.  They are popular because they make it easy to recognize pilots and crew members aboard a flight.

The small mementos are also frequently given to graduates of aviation training schools as a measure of faith.  Not only do the wing pins acknowledge the individual’s accomplishments, they also provide the men and women with something to look forward to as they take the steps necessary to complete their training.

Military pilots wear wing pins as a way of promoting camaraderie amongst members of their group or unit.  The small pieces of metal reflect the rich personal history of those involved in the field of aviation.  Regarded as a piece of their uniform and a keepsake, these pins are considered very valuable by recipients.

We can personalize the wing pins in a number of ways.  Many of our customers prefer having a name, symbol or title included in the custom artwork that we create for them.  In addition to these details, we also offer different sizes, colors, and styles of custom lapel pins to choose from.  Members of flight clubs as well as airline industry employees enjoy designing and ordering their wing pins from us.

Past, present, and future pilots, stewards, and stewardesses will agree that these types of lapel pins have timeless appeal.  In addition to their many uses, they are an important source of motivation for anyone who is awarded one.
